Non-White Golfer Representation Trend
There were 5.6 million Asian, Black and Hispanic on-course golfers in 2022, a total that accounted for 22% of the overall participant pool. This is equal to the highest proportion on record. The total number of non-White golfers is the highest its been since 2009. The representation of people of color among off-course only participants is even higher, at approximately 40%.
