Mini Golf Participation Trend
Over the past several years, total participation at miniature golf venues in the U.S. has hovered around 18 million, approximately 70% of the total number of traditional, green grass golfers. While there's been a slight dip in overall mini golf participation since 2014, the total number of off-course only golf participants has surged 130% as the number of venues has increased. More recently, new age, technology-driven mini golf venues (such as Puttery, Puttshack and PopStroke) have moved in on the golf entertainment space, reshaping the traditional image of mini golf.
