Golf Construction Report

Find out with the most comprehensive look at U.S. golf course and related project development activity with the NGF Golf Construction Report. NGF members can get access to an online database of golf projects:

• Under Construction
  Ground has been broken and work is under way.
• In-Planning
  A designer/architect has been selected, specifications are being written, key decisions are being made, funding is being secured and permitting applications are being filed.
• Reconstruction
  Full rebuilds or renovations of existing courses, typically construction projects at golf facilities where a minimum of nine holes is temporarily closed for at least three months to conduct the work.
• Completed
  New courses that are now open and available for play.
• On-Hold
  A new golf course project in development (under construction or in-planning) that has been put on hold. There may be an indefinite timeline for the project to resume.
