Course Co Management Company is one of the largest golf management and development in Northern California (where the company is headquartered), with additional locations in Southern California, Nevada, Texas, Oregon, Washington and Montana.

In all, CourseCo manages roughly 40 properties within those six states. The majority of CourseCo’s portfolio is primarily made up of public access facilities.

One of its best-known facilities is Pacific Grove Golf Links, which is just off 17-Mile Drive (near Pebble Beach) on California’s Monterey Peninsula. CourseCo also opened and operates Pullman, Washington’s Palouse Ridge Golf Club, home to the Washington State University men’s and women’s golf teams.

CourseCo credits its success to a focus on four guiding principles: ensuring clients are known and understood personally, detailed corporate supervision coupled with motivation and freedom for sight managers, short communication lines between CourseCo’s principles and clients, and maintaining an unrelenting focus on the client’s bottom line. This focus on excellent service has resulted in significant for the company as CourseCo has grown to well over 1,600 team members and over $70 million in annual sales since its start back in 1989.

CourseCo’s services include golf operations, food and beverage operations, sales and marketing, community relations, agronomy, environmental management, construction management, and development services.

Since its inception, CourseCo has also proven to be one of the golf world’s foremost environmental stewards under the leadership of founder Tom Isaak. CourseCo has 18 golf courses under management that are recognized as Audubon Certified Cooperative Sanctuaries.

CourseCo has earned significant recognition with regards to its environmental efforts, including winning numerous GCSAA – Environmental Leaders In Golf Awards as well as GCSAA/Golf Digest awards for environmental stewardship, healthy land stewardship and innovative conservation. CourseCo was also the recipient of the Inaugural NGF Award for Promotion of Public Golf and for Golf Course Maintenance and the only golf course management company to have received the State of California’s “highest and most prestigious environmental award” — the Governor’s Award for Environmental and Economic Leadership.
