Some of the most noteworthy golfer gains during the pandemic era have been among those groups that have historically been underrepresented in the traditional game: females, juniors and people of color. Participation levels have seen net increases across the board since 2019, for the most part, but several categories have seen a lift of one million or more green grass golfers.
