Dress Code Sentiments – Golfers vs Operators
There's a discrepancy between golf customers and golf operators when it comes to dress code. Almost 60% of general managers and head professionals at public golf courses indicate that a dress code, in some fashion, is important or necessary in "all" or "most" cases. By comparison, only about one-third of golfers see the same need for rules about dress on the course. The old adage states that the customer is always right. But they don't make the rules. So who is in the right?
